These Terms govern your use of BuzzMesh Creator. Please read them carefully — by using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the BuzzMesh Creator website at https://www.buzzmesh.ai and the BuzzMesh Creator platform (collectively, the "Service") operated by BuzzMesh Creator ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use of your account.
You may not use another user's account without permission.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions & Billing

Plans & payment

The Service is offered on Free, Starter, and PRO tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe.

Credits

Content generation features consume credits allocated per billing cycle. Credits do not roll over unless otherwise stated.

Upgrades & downgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rata billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund for new paid subscriptions. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Email [email protected].

Price changes

We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
Generate, distribute, or publish spam, misinformation, or misleading content
Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any person
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems
Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data without written permission
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or interfere with other users

Content

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload to or create using the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display it solely as necessary to operate the Service.

AI-generated content

Content generated by AI features is provided for your use. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring AI-generated content is accurate, lawful, and appropriate before publishing. We make no representations about its accuracy or completeness.

Third-party content

The Service aggregates content from third-party sources (RSS feeds, YouTube, and others). We do not own this content and are not responsible for its accuracy or legality. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable copyright laws.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, and content created by us, is owned by BuzzMesh Creator and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BuzzMesh Creator and its directors, employees, agents, partners, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuzzMesh Creator and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12 survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. If you are a consumer in the EEA, you may also have the right to use the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BuzzMesh Creator regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
